1. About Catmi

Catmi is an AI health companion that helps you log and understand information about food, activity, sleep, recovery, weight, and related goals. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Your account

Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

3. Health and AI information

Do not use Catmi for emergencies or as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Check important decisions with an appropriate professional, especially if you have symptoms, an injury, a medical condition, or take medication.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Catmi to:

• break the law, harm someone, or violate another person's rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• interfere with, probe, or abuse the service or its security; or
• misrepresent automated output as professional medical advice.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You give Catmi permission to host, process, and use it only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the relevant store's terms and refund rules.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Catmi available and useful, but the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, including where needed for safety, security, or legal reasons.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using Catmi at any time. We may restrict or end access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, or where the law requires it. Provisions that naturally continue after termination will remain in effect.

9. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Catmi is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
